2017 BCBSM PPO Verification of coverage forms being mailed in May

In May, The 2017 Verification of Coverage (VOC) survey will be sent to all MPSERS retirees who are on the Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan.  Members who have other providers will not receive this form.  Remember to complete the form on behalf of all members on your contract for your medical and prescription drug coverage.  For more information, click here.
