Blue Cross / Blue Shield to Offer Free Identify Protection to Eligible BCBSM

We have been informed that Blue Cross / Blue Shield will be offering free Identity Protection to all eligible BCBSM members in the near future. Blue Cross / Blue Shield has placed an add in the Wall Street Journal announcing the program.
What will they be offering?
- Credit monitoring
- Fraud detection
- Credit/identity repair
