The Office of Retirement Services has updated their website and has made significant changes that will make it easier for retirees to stay informed about their pension and benefits.  http://www.michigan.gov/orsschools/  We would encourage our members to check out this website.  You might want to check out the sub menu links on the left such as, After Retirment, Insurance, Forms and Publication, and Tutorials & Webinars. 

ORS / MPSERS also now publishes a new and redesigned “Connections” on line.  This semiannual retiree newsletter is very readable and colorful. Connections is a great way to read about retirement issues regarding your pension.  The most recent issue listed on the ORS website is the March 2015 issue.  Here you will find information on the following:
